Coming up on time to renew. I did it online and I have 3  required items I need to send in via mail or go drop off.

1. The application confirmation number. Basically a copy of the record.

2. DD-214 copy


and 3 is where I have a question............


It says


TxDPS will attempt to use the passport photo and resubmit the fingerprints on file for your renewal. If either of these items does not meet current quality standards TxDPS will notify the applicant and a new submission will be required.......


Does that mean I don't need to submit anything for the 3rd item at the moment?

Correct. Not meeting current quality standards pretty much means that they were damaged or lost.
