Not sure what a K31 is, but if all you need is a simple transfer then Mooney's in Round Rock does them for $20. Look him up in the Industry forum.

I use Action Pawn #1 in Cedar Park. It is $20 per transfer.

Sounds to me that you need to get a C&R FFL 03, $30 for 3 years. You can then have C&R eligible firearms (like the K31) sent directly to your door.
Go Here For More Info It also lets you get the "dealer" discount at Brownells, Midway, Grafs, and other places. |

I always gave him $10 for not having to worry about change and $20 for being there at 8 or 9pm after I got off work. I didn't even know he had raised his rate. |
