S&W was premature in their announcement and has yet to ship one. We have been receiving 20 or so Olympics a month but never enough to fill all our orders. I shot the one of the Olympics and it worked fine with the 6.8 mag they provided.

Yes, I think that is the AR-57 we developed. Several hundred of those have gone out but our waiting list is vast.

I'm about to have a birthday at the end of the month and was looking for an odd size upper. That 5.45 sure seems to have better tumble and wound damage than the 5.56. Started looking at the local stores today for 5.45...
 none to be had. waly, acadamy. Now i'm thinking maybe not this upper just because of ammo for it.

Not true about the ammo effect. Check the FAQ on ammo in the 47 forum vs the info in the Ammo Oracle. 5.45 tends to yaw and not fragment, just penetrate.
