Yes if it is a FTF (face to face) transfer I "think " you can only ship/mail/ups a firearm from one FFL to another FFL I only do FTF so have never realy looked that close BTW I know of one exception to this rule In Virginia at least CMP Guns can be shipped by USPS thats how I got mine

Same rules should apply to handguns - so, it is o.k. But, only FFLs can send by USPS - don't do that!!!!!!!!!!!!! Send by FedEx or UPS.
I would also request a copy of their I.D. so you know you are not shipping to a minor - that is a big no-no too. And, I would send for adult signature required, if they will accommodate. |
