[ARCHIVED THREAD] - dura coat vs teflon

I have two rifles that have stainless barrels and would like some opions on which is the best coating. Does either coating change the point of aim. I heard painting the crown in a no-no. Plus who in Houston and/or surrounding area does a good job for either coating.
