So the company I work for moves us to another location back in mid-Feb this year.  There were two inhabitants already there outside my window couped up in the rafters.  Now there are 11 pigeons along the rafters.  Yesterday a baby pigeon fell into my window with a thud.  The pigeon was either knocked out (I was watching two pigeons fighting about 10minutes before this) or it attempted to fly and didn't succeed.  This pigeons are making quite a mess with their bird poop.  So do I watch them, kill them with an air rifle, hire an exterminator, or nuke them from orbit, only way to be sure?
