was walking down 620 in shorts and a T-shirt wearing a black molle vest (plate carrier maybe, except it looked too light for that unless the pockets were empty)?

I'm kidding about the "homo" part, btw, but I did have a good laugh when my wife pointed and said "what the hell is that guy wearing?".

I live close to 620 and Mansfield Dam, but it definitely wasn't me.

Wouldn't be caught dead wearing flipflops.

Man, that mansfield dam area must be getting rough if folks gotta wear a plate carrier to walk down to the quickie-mart for a bag of cheetos.
