Cops having a morale boost at cilvian expenses. To me this is abuse of power.  Cant they just do real cop stuff or change professions?

LEOs have been doing this for a long time.

Thats why I was always against the internal distribution of individual officers monthly numbers.

I have seen officers do stupid things to win.

ETA: There is nothing wrong with being productive without the competition.
