Wow, talk about an implementation of "Jessica's Law".  After the second strike conviction for child molestation, it is the DEATH PENALTY!

Guess first strike and they are dead is too strict.

Hell, I'd surprised if we could even get that kind of law without a bunch of libs crying about how mean it is to kill evil people. That law is long overdue.

Find all the sex offenders in your neighborhood...

Read about what they were convicted of.......and how young the child was....and whether it was a boy or girl that the person perped.

Then ask your child where he or she rides their bike, has friends, or plays....if you don't know already.
