I'm just in the mood.

It is not spelled thier, it is spelled their, and it indicates possession, as in "their guns."

You meant "there" as in their guns are over "there".

Lunch???

If it's Mexican food again, I'd suggest Hererra's.  Anything else I'd have to think about before I made a suggestion.....I don't think Dunston's Burgers is open on weekends.

I'll be there bright and early too - gotta try and find a Swan sleeve for my AR, and still looking for an XD9 or .40.

Herrerra's sounds good, there's an Ojeada's nearby also. I've only been to the Herrerra's in Richardson once last year - not too shabby....

Snack Bar will be moved to a new location, under the overhang, I understand.  There will be tables set up where the Snack Bar was.  I will be on those tables.  Or so I understand.

To you Texans: I'm a Kentuckian stuck in Paris, Texas doing a survey job. Heard about this show on this site. Is it worth the drive from Paris to Dallas early Sunday morning and would a small town country boy from Kentucky have any trouble getting to Market Hall in downtown Dallas? Awful lot of people in that big town.

Market Hall is THE show in Texas--very large, lotsa neat stuff on the tables to buy, lotsa people coming in with stuff to sell. A high quality show for sure. YES it's definitely worth the drive. I never miss it if I have any chance of getting there.

Market Hall is right at a major marked exit off I35 E just north of downtown--Market Center. Easy to get to. Look it up on Mapquest.

Roseco; Many AK vendors at this show. I believe I'll make this one, instead of the Tulsa show the following weekend. Save three hours driving.

It's looking like all the stars may align properly for me this weekend (no kid's b-ball games, I've done plenty of honey-do's already, etc.), so I'm planning on being there. I'll be looking for you folks, and hopefully will be able to get some lunch with y'all.

Any after action reports from Market Hall yet?

I'm in Wichita Falls, and I'm in the market for an AK (my first) and want to know if the drive down will be worth it, and are the AK prices on par or are they your standard gun-show-inflation prices?

Nice turn out this morning.... Pretty jam packed first thing. I looked for the lunch crew near where the food concessions have been relegated to, waited/wandered around a bit, didn't see anyone. Maybe I was too late.

Nevertheless, picked up more mags for my new baby (XD40), more MAGPULS for the AR, a couple of throwing knives, and a new holster....

Oh yeah, and more ammo.

Turn out was crazy this morning.  Then after lunch it just died.

I couldn't find any great deals to speak of.  I was looking for very specific items and didn't see any of them....

Did end up seeing USMA89 there, along wtih a few other Arfcommers I was fortunate enough to meet.

But, the bug did get me, and I left with a new S&W 3913...  Damn that place.

What time does the show open tomorrow, 9 or 10?

Did anyone have a good sale on knives? I lost my S&W 24/7 and need to pick up a replacement of some kind.  Any deals on .06 ammo?

Gonna try to make a quick in and out tomorrow.

I remember seeing a guy selling knives on "clearance."  Included some S&W and other branded knives.

I didn't get particular prices though.

Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

They had a red banner with buy sell trade etc. They had alot of rock river AR's and a M&P15 ar layed out and were selling the M&P15 for $889. The only thing I can remember is www.AJ.......and I dont remember the rest. Can someone help get me this webite please?
If memory serves me right, there kinda located between the center/right as you walk in the doors, and kinda in the back/center of the building.

Thanks

To all concerned: Thanks for clueing me in on the Dallas show. Great time, much better rhan anything I've been to in Kentucky in a long time(except Knob Creek). Found a TDI forearm w/ rails for my AK 105 clone that I couldn't find at Knob Creek. Only complaint was dealers didn't seem to care if they sold anything or not. Once again, Thanks.
