+1

when do you guys offer a beginner carbine course?  Can't say I have seen one on the website calendar.  I think I could safely complete an advanced class, but would be really interested in a beginner course.

TJ,

Under the "Courses" tab at the top of the homepage, there are only two options: Civ and LE.  Without going in and reading the course descriptions, I am assuming the latter is actually more like LE/Mil?

Or would that just make an ass out of me?

I am in the process of re-working the web-site.  We don't make a distinction between LE and Civilian.  I don't know if I should let the cat out of the bag, so to speak, but there are no secrets in shooting a weapon and probably less in tactics.  We also don't have the North facility anymore.

We had a great class.  The paint ball bunker worked great.  We saw a marked change in the use of cover when the ball were flying around.  Only had one hit in all the reps.

What?  Nobody went all John Rambo on you?

Either the ppl who attend your classes aren't the regular arfcom posters, or the way people act/behave offline differs from their online personas.

A pic of the shoot or get SHOT at course, the tower was for Bruce and Bret to run the video camera and the remote control paint ball gun, so they could blast away at us. (By the way Bret you never hit me!!! HA HA) Object was to use cover as you tried to low crawl back and fourth to get fresh (3) mags for your rifle and shoot at your numbered target without getting nailed by a paint ball. Pretty dam fun!! http://i1.tinypic.com/sghbt1.jpg

Talking after the class.

I had a great time learned a lot of good tactics/using cover/keeping your elbows in and shooting on the move and alot of other great info, and a hell of alot of trigger time also.  I went through apx. 2000 rounds of rifle. I still have a lot to learn. TJ was a great instructor and Bruce and Bret did a kick ass job also. It was a great learning experience.
