Anyone have one ?

I am wondering - What does the Cone shaped insert really do  ??

What type of efect does this have on the rifle  "Good / Bad"

 It does dampen the flash pretty good.  I have the KFH.  It also moderates the noise from the shooter's, people on the side or behind points of view.  If you end up shooting a pretty solid target(noise reflective) target about 15 ft from you, you'll find out where all that noise went.
