I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on my first CIII item. A suppressor from TROS.  Before I buy it, a couple of questions:

1) Has anyone in Arlington got a recommendation for a CIII dealer that's willing to walk a newbie through the process that won't charge $500 for a transfer?

2) Does anyone have experience getting the Arlington police chief to sign the forms?

3) Is it easier to get the Tarrant County Sheriff to do it?
