Even store managers near me do not know, much less care.  I have seen it mentioned a few times and got to asking around.

The only thing I've ever seen in any WalMarts is BLACKPOWDER reloading components.

The old Walmart in Abilene has some reloading supplies, last time I was in there anyway.  The Super Walmart in abilene does not.
