Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - FFL guys.....

Question for you guys....
One of my father’s friends wants to bring two antique firearms (handguns) in from his home country of Argentina.  The guy has tried to call the ATF and ask how to bring these into the country...all he got was the run around. The guy wants to pass these on to his son and is heading to Argentina next month.  He wants to bring these back with him.  The only thing that the ATF said that he understood was that he needs to contact an FFL.  
So….Any of you FFL guys have any idea on what need to happen next to help this guy get these guns here?

This is going to be a long drawn out process involving the ATF and Customs.

A very descriptive list of the firearms will be required. All of his friend's info needs to be given to the ATF so that they know his status.

IT IS COMPLICATED and may seem like a run around, but, thanks to liberals, it's not simple.
