As you all know, the refugees from Hurricane Katrina are headed to Houston to escape the near-complete destruction of New Orleans.  Texas BBQ Rub, Gator Pits, and Texas Pepper Jelly have teamed up to raise money to help feed victims of hurricane Katrina.  I am part of the Texas BBQ Rub and Team Gator Pits cooking teams and it is our goal to cook BBQ on the weekend of Sept 10th & 11th and provide it free of charge to the various shelters in the Houston area that need help.  We are seeking donations to make this possible.  If you can help, we have set up a site to collect donations on-line:
