Why does it need a tack? Is there something I am missing here? I frequently reference the TXSLL, and other states as well, online.

the reason being we get a lot of questions from visiting out of towners who want to know what our laws are. (it's for the children)

we cant have bowie knives here dam i though he died along side sam houston at the alamo and now we cant own this knife
