I installed xssights on my fullsize USP40 with a vice, mallet, and brass punch. Got the mallet and punch for about $15 at my local gun store. It was a pretty simple task. Just take the slide off, set it in the vice firmly, and go to work. Always out and in from the left.
Looks great, and I didn't have to fork out for a sight pusher. |

When you say left, do you mean looking from rear to front of slide?

Yes, as you look at the pistol from the rear (shooter's perspective) you knock the sights out to your left and in from your left. I can't remember if that actually matters on the USP but that's the way the dovetails often are shaped and the way I was always taught to do it. |
