basically its just a deal where you can pay 10 bucks to get a defferment on taking the hunters safety course when you buy your hunting license.

I've basically just blown off taking hunters safety every season because I only hunt on my own property except for one time a year at the church dovehunt.  And taking that course is difficult because noone near me ever offers it when I have time to take it.

my question is this.  If you bought a hunting license last season, and you buy one this season and get the defferment at the same time, and you tell them an estimate of how many birds you shot last season, aren't you in effect admitting to breaking the law?  or is my tinfoil hat on too tight?

Yeah, you are.  Is anybody going to prosecute you?  No.

That cracks me up they have a "deferrment".  Anything for a buck.............assholes.

If I were you and hunted my own fenced property with locking gate, I wouldn't worry much about any license.
