I picked up a small-ish safe from Academy this weekend, so I would have a place just for short guns and 9mm, .40, and .45 ammo (plus I had room to jam a couple thousand rounds of .223 in there too). I've been buying up short guns left and right and they needed a place all their own.

That's just about the right size to carry off with a dolly.
To paraphrase Chief Brody from 'Jaws': 'We're gonna need a bigger safe!' You know... safes are like guns. Or knives. You can never have too many. Besides... you will be needing a big safe within a year anyway at the rate you are going. I know you got the AR fever! Call me when you are ready... I'll go with you to the place I bought my last 2 from. AND... the little lady can put her OK on it when you tell her you will have room to store all her sparklies! |
