About a year and a half ago I bought two Bushmaster complete lowers for $229 each off of gunbroker.
That dealer is still selling them. Not too bad of a price. Just do a search for Bushmaster Lower - you'll find him pretty quick. They were XM's |

I buy my lowers from www.eaglefirearms.net right now. $79 for the Stag Arms (continental machine) lowers in QTY.
As for complete rifles.... I dont know.... I build mine the way I want em.
