Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ANy good Gunsmiths in DFW area who know M1s?

Hola.

Does anyone know any good 'smiths who are familiar with the M1? I am trying to get my CMP M1 garand (SA, service grade) checked out and OK'ed to shoot ( I have 3 boxes of 3006) before I leave. I leave Wed. Morning.

BTW, I'm in Crowley...if it helps.
