Terry L. Davis in Austin. 926-8082. he has a table gun show every month selling all kinds of AR stuff. I bought a RRA lower from him for about $150 including tax earlier this year. If i remember correctly he carries RRA, bushmaster and Cav Arms. He usually has a pre ban lower or two as well.

I've bought two RRA's from Terry and have been happy with his prices. He's not the most organized person, but give him a shot....

$150 seems pretty steep for a stripped RRA lower.  they are going for $92 at eaglearms (with shipping  and ffl transfer, it's still $30 cheaper)
