OK, I have expanded greatly on my Texas CHL map. But it's time to have some of you Texas folks rip into my work and let me know what is wrong with it or areas of improvement.

Also, I have even been so bold as to annotate the law book that DPS puts out. I did the newest one for 2003-2004. It has all kinds of annotations in it that will hopefully make it easier to read. Please look it over and report problems, inconsistencies, or errors!
