Get on the ATF web site and go to the firearms section. If you poke arround there enough you'll come to the National Licensing Center web site get the phone # off of that page and call. Tell them you want an FFL application packet. They will send you evey thing you will need to get going. I just got mine a few months ago it wasn't hard but it did take 5 months. Sparsky, I just got my C&R FFL at the beginning of this month.
The application process is simple. Print and fill out these 2 forms. www.atf.treas.gov/forms/pdfs/print2.htm ATF Form 5330.20 ATF Form 5310.16 You will need to make 2 copies. Send a copy to your sherrif as a notification only. Send the other copies to the ATF office listed on the form. Its here in Dallas. Along with your $30 Then wait 30-90days. Mine came in about 30days. The instructions came a few days later. Also once you get it. Go to the Armory forum under C&R. There is a list there of dealers and their addresses to which you can send your C&R FFL to. LOL...LT, you really are BROKE if you have a C&R
 (sucks don't it?.. I'm w/o a job too, and all those fliers from the dealers showing up .... oh the humanity!)

7IDL, I know, I know. I have been wanting to get one of those Sistema1911, a Garand, PA63, a Mosin M44, and a Walther PP. But with no income other than unemployment checks and savings, I can't see shelling out the cash.
This is driving me nuts. I may just get the PA63 though. Its $99 bucks @ SOG. |
