Sounds like somebody over there in Columbia ought to be asking where the money is coming from and more importantly, where it's going- but nobody will.  Every group getting taxpayer money needs to be audited, as do public officials.  

One of these sketchy organizations is now trying to extort $200,000 from Richland County.  Muh emergency to be solved by summer camps and midnight basketball.
