I've been seeing a bunch of poison ivy popping up in my yard. We've been in this house for 13 years and never had a trace of it before this year.

Is anybody else having a problem with it?

Got it here in Greenville.

Actually went to a Tractors Supply 2 weeks ago and bought

BRUSH KILLER. knocks it out!

I've been hitting mine with Roundup. Seems to take care of it.

I read online that 1) you shouldn't burn it because inhaling the fumes will irritate your respiratory tract worse than it irritates your skin and 2) the oils can still be volatile a couple years after the plant dies.

So much for "Kill it with fire."

Yeah you can't burn it, gotta nuke it with chemicals........ I haven't had any yet this season, I just finished cutting the yard and none in sight. I usually keep a gallon of glyphosate and 2,4-D around for problems that may show up.
