When I was a freshman at LSU, 1976, we used to go eat at a restaurant right outside the north gates on Highland road, had some of the ebst pizza....
You sat in booths and ordered on a telephone....can anyone recall the name of the restaurant, was right next door to a theater, on Highland, just the fist block outside the gates Thanks, Bronc |

The oldest pizza place I can think of close to campus is
Fleur De Lis Pizza EDIT: It was next to the Varsity Theatre. It is now where Cane's Chicken #1 is EDIT 2 : " Round The Corner " is the name of the place !!!! . |

There was a place called Sonny's Pizza, but I think that was across the street from where Cane's (The Mothership Location) is today. It's a Circle K kind of place now.
