I know things are a bit closed down in the city, but can I still wander around with a open container?  Like go to rouses market pick up a tall bow and stroll the streets or has that been shut down as well.

For the moment, yes, but who knows what our Queen will decree later.  Apparently she's quite upset about the number of folks still strolling around Bourbon even after she killed all the bars.
