Are there any extra documents needed to ship ammo to a private individual in New Jersey from a private individual out of state?

To the best of my knowledge, "handgun ammunition" requires a NJ FID card at time of purchase.  I can't think of much ammunition that is exclusively "handgun": maybe .380 ACP, .25 ACP, some of the odd-ball 9mm and 7mm calibers?

Ship it, worst case the receiver ends up in PMITAP.
