Tell him to give Lawmen's Supply a call. There is one in Egg Harbor and one in Paterson. I'm not LE, but my GSSF membership allowed me to buy one at the Paterson store for the LE price.

Lawmans sells to all the departments and dealers, as a CO he will pay less there than anywhere. Where is he a CO?
