The only thing I can find in local supermarkets here in South Carolina is Heinz "Gourmet" Malt Vinegar.
It's weak and characterless just like Joe Biden.  OK, what do you guys use over there on the other side of the pond? |

Sarsons malt vinegar, plenty of it

Sarsons is the brand but most generic chip shop stuff is also good.
