Shame it is hunting ammunition, which means you cannot use it for competition over here.

'Non-Expanding' ammunition i.e  FMJ or bullets marked as Match (e.g Sierra 69gr BTHP MATCH) are the only ones allowed for paper punching.

You require an additional authority to posses 'Expanding' ammunition, complete arse really, as of course, only the bullets rated as expanding do actually expand........

Guess it gets expensive for 'match' or do they (the club) sell Sec V ammo ...?

Have they not read the range certificate, as there I bet the MIL certified it for FMJ

In GR I have seen just as much pb come back from downrange as FMJ......
