I never went to that show but I bet its worth the drive. 45min ain't sh*t.

I don't necessarily mind the 45 minute drive, I'd just hate to waste the time and entrance fee...
Only to arrive, and find it's more of a beef jerky and beanie baby show.

Are some gunshows really lame? I went to one years ago in Alb. It was cool. No NDs!

Hey, thanks for the heads up! I might go check it out also. Havent been to a gun show in a good while. Who knows, might be a good one with all of the Government training going on around there.

I don't know about Artesia, but I have found some of my best gun show deals at smaller "beef jerky" shows. I picked up my hunting rifle, a 1949 Winchester M70, at a little show in Lewiston ID. It was well worth the drive.

Thanks for the warning, I wasn't able to make it after all. Too bad all of the shows are so poorly rated around here. What a bummer!
