Found a great clinic in NW Arkansas, they offer IV therapy (vitamins, immune boosting, NAD, Glutathione) etc.
Also offers Testosterone replacement for men and hormone therapy for women, quite a few other services.

I went there on a recommendation after getting the WuFlu, phenomenal provider actually didn't feel like cattle being herded in and herded out. I was over the Death breath in 48 hours.

Offers telemedicine and is a cash only business but does accept HSA/FSA (health savings account) this keeps the insurance predators away.
