I really like both those wheelguns. the bottom one (686?) is just a set of grips away from being totally kick-ass.

FWIW I was trying to figure out what it was too. You were close....It's actually a 6" 586, and it is blued with gold lettering. As you can see, that gun was a 50th Anniversary limited edition they put out back in '85. It's much better looking in person. The grips are really nice and the finish is very deep blue. I tried several different ways to photograph it, but my photo-fu is weak. |

My buddy has a stamped Sig. Can't remember the exact model though. It's a nice gun.

Thats a common thing with ASP stamped guns. My dad was offered enough for his one time to buy about 10 more regular versions of it.
