Its funny.  I own two ARs, both are Spikes builds, both have alot of Magpul stuff on them, and one has Larue mounts for the optics.

Due to this, I found myself frequenting those three sub-forums.  

After a short time in those sub-forums, I noticed that the people posting sucked so hard that it started to make me hate those companies.  I finally had to take a step back and realize that rampant-fanboy-douchebaggery does not change the fact that I like the parts on my rifles, even if it does mean that I cant visit those subforums any longer.  

The Larue/Costa/Haley bromance in those forums really is disturbing.

Yep, Mark Larue and I will go head to head all damn day. But if he takes up my offer to come up here and go duck hunting, I bet cowboy and I go meet him for lunch. His mounts hold the optic on every rifle I own. Magpul fanboys get to me too, and ordering from Magpul directly is like pulling teeth. Yet all my ARs have Miads and either have CTRs or will. One carries magpul rail panels too.  

Lots of people trash surefire. Every light I own is a surefire.

My shit works, and works well.  If any of it messes up, it will be replaced quickly.  I do give credit where it's due, and LT does take care of it's customers on top of making great shit.  I'm still curious as to what all is actually made in house and what isn't.

I've had people tell me that tapco is as good as magpul, sigmas are better than Glocks, and that adm is just as good as larue. Those people are lying to themselves trying to save money. My life, and the lives of my loved ones are worth more than that.
