I have volunteered to work with the Little Rock Friends of the NRA. Our banquet will be in mid-September. We are raising money to help with youth shooting sports, public ranges and education.  50% of what we raise stays in Arkansas. The rest goes into a fund managed by Friends of the NRA, which issues grants to help shooting sports and education on a national scale. None of the money raised by Friends of the NRA goes to fund the Political side of the NRA.

We will be doing several raffles up until the Banquet. Our current raffle is for a Smith & Wesson Model 29 in 44 Magnum. It is a very beautiful pistol. It is Stainless and has a 6 inch barrel with full underlug, adjustable sights and rubber grips. It has a NRA logo with an Eagle on the right side and the Smith & Wesson logo on the left. I will take pictures at our next meeting and post them. We are selling 300 tickets at $10 each or 3 for $25. The drawing will be April 17th.
