See if I'm right here:

CMT stock/tube - 75
RRA LPK - 60
Lower - ~90 range

Gives me a nice carbine lower for ~225

The new BCM uppers - 400 for whatever flavor I want

Give me a mil spec weapon for 625 (sans BUIS and bolt group)

Right? Did i miss anything?

You can also get a full M4 kit from model1sales.com minus the lower receiver for $510

(16'' AR15 EM-4 C.A.R. Kit, 5.56 NATO, chrome lined chamber & bore )

Then add your ~$90 for a lower.

Now you have $600 plus shipping and then the transfer fee for the lower.

And then you get to enjoy building your own M4 clone from scratch.

+1 for the kit route. They almost give you the bolt group, LPK, and stock compared to the price of just the upper.
