Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Questions about Incorporation and obtaining FFL in Arkansas

I am in Fulton County and would like to follow my dream of getting my FFL and starting a business and ultimately also become a manufacturer.  Due to the web of Firearms laws it appears that Incorporation might be a good idea.  Anyone here gone through this process and can provide meaningful information?

Might also look into LLC (Limited Liability Company).  Should be able to Google it and come up with the basics.  I'd ask over on Subguns too, alot of those guys have went the Corp. route to get around the CLEO sign off on NFA stuff.

It is my understanding that a Corp does not have tp provide fingerprints either.
