Are you guys going to be doing estate planning such as a Will, RLT, Heatlth POA etc. or just looking to buy an NFA item?

I ask because I had Fraser Stryker in downtown Omaha do everything listed above for me and my wife.  I've used it to buy NFA items.  I know a couple of others who have done the same.  If your going to the trouble to have a legal document drawn up, such as a Trust, do yourself and your family a favor and do all of the Estate planning.  It's easy.  It will add very little expense to do it all and you and your family will be GTG.

There is so much dis-information on the .net about Trust's and NFA it will make your head spin.  I've even had one attorney tell me that unless I had "NFA" specific language in my Trust the fed's would kick my door in and shoot my dog.  That's complete B.S!

What I'm suggesting is doing your homework.  There are a lot of cheap books you can pick up to get you started.

Call Jon Natvig. He may know someone if he doesn't do them himself.

One of out JAGs did estate law for his real job and he didn't know anyone that had NFA experience.

That's awful advice. I have submitted a request to an Omaha Attorney networking group to which I belong. I will let you know if I get any good recommendations.

Thanks.  The money I'd spend would help me sleep better at night.
