Anyone know of a place to shoot near Topeka? We have the CCGC here, but I only have about 6 months left here so I didn't want to pay a year's worth of membership. I'd prefer a "pay as you play" range over membership, or better yet, open area where I can go blast away for free! I'll probably get to a couple KSDC shoots once I get an AR.

You don't have to have an AR to participate at a KSDC shoot. I go out there and I don't own an AR. Great group of guys that come out there!

Like Mark IV said, No AR is required for KDSC! I recently traded my AR in on an M1A

Our next shoot is the 13th of May. Hope to see you out there.

I agree, it's a real run whatcha brung bunch of guys. Yes there are some nice weapons out there but noone turns up there nose at what you shoot.

Spectre knows of what he speaks, if he can bring his Mini-14 out and only have two A-Team comments made, you can rest assured that whatever you bring out will be fine!
