I can't get this darn thing to go through...What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure, it works for me.
Can you get to the web site?
If you can, but it dies when you click submit, the problem is with your default email program.
Mine opens up a new email in Thunderbird completly filled out then all I have to do is click send.

I think you're right; it has something to do w. my default email. I just copied the address and sent it to them through my own e-mail. Hopefully that will work.
