Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Long range areas near Anchorage/Wasilla

I am looking for an area to do some long-range shooting (2000 + yards) using a 338LM and 408 Chey-tac.  I was wondering if anyone had some good areas that you can get into with a 4wd that gives a good natural backstop.  Thanks for the info.

maybe not 2000 unless you look around, but Jonesville Mine, Sutton AK....
