If they are moving into assisted living they have to qualify for it and there generally is a wait Let me guess, they are not married with kids. If thats the case, the one without the kids doesnt have their income count and they "get over" on the system Ive been around Sick and busy, so ...... |

You might want to double check AK State renter/landlord rights to ensure that qualifying and being selected for section 8 housing isnt a valid lease break rule.....
You don't want them to get the state involved only to find out you were wrong and get double fucked |

Yup, I'm checking the books on that now. This is going to be an interesting summer I think.
