Can anyone tell me what the process is to getting a CLEO sign off for a form 1 here in Anchorage?

I want to build a SBR, and hopefully I won't have to go the corp LLC way.

Go over to APD, ask the person behind the glass to speak with someone in backgrounds. Or just use the phone on the wall to call them. Ask for the form 4 package. They will give you a big yellow envolope with paperwork and directions. When you have that complete along with your form 1, fingerprints, and photo's call them to schedule an appointment. I didn't think it was that big of a deal, mine was done in a week.
