The FBI also searched his City Hall office.
The Adair police chief is on a paid leave of absence after the FBI and ATF raided his city hall office and at least one gun store he owns. The mayor of Adair confirms Chief Brad Wendt is off the job for now. The Adair city attorney confirms he is under investigation. |

If we were truly following the constitution and had judges and law makers who could understand the phrase "Shall Not Be Infringed" this would have never happened. It would never need to happen. They would be available and able to be possessed without having to play "illegal" games to get around unconstitutional laws and administrative rules.

ATF is going to go after and get those MGs back he sold, and those other dealers will be out of a MG and money. That wendt guy is going to have some big lawsuits coming his way. |
