Anybody use a home appraiser that they'd recommend others to use in the SEP school district area?  We're needing to sell the BIL's house to settle his estate and want something other than what the County shows as its assessed value to come up with a fair price.

We used Neal Appraisal Service (out of WDSM) for our refi, closed on that two days ago.

They were in and out of the house in about 45 minutes, appraisal came back great, prompt and professional service.
