Getting all the kids AR15's for Christmas. I'm a Minnesota resident (and a IFC Lifetime member). My daughter is an Iowa resident and over 21 years old. Can I gift her the AR15 or do I need to transfer thru an Iowa FFL.  Thanks and Merry Christmas!

If the person getting the gift lives in another state you’re going to have to use an FFL in that person’s home-state to transfer the firearm to them.

Daughter is here in MN for Christmas. I could just give it to her but wasn't sure if it was legal for her to take it back to Iowa
