I'll be there Saturday too! For some ungodly amount of time, like 8-6 or something (Don't want to say to much & get slapped for not paying $1500 yet...)

(I'll only be there for like 10 minutes or so Friday though.)

I hope it is a good show. Not sure bout the promoters or the location, but If Senor Hineline says the promoters are good people, then I'll take his word for it.

Unfortunately I'm working 5 shifts of jobs starting this morning at 0800 and ending at 0800 on Sunday...sooo I won't be there tonight or tomorrow and will probably be sleeping on Sunday. Weirder things have happened so I could decide to go on Sunday at the last minute.

dam i should have looked at the hometown forum before going tonight.
i have been looking for a g 36 for awhile now
bought a used one from Polk station guns at the show
anybody deal with them before? i will have to wait till after work sat before i can try it out.

it looks to be in good condition but always a little leery buying used from a unknown

RK shows has many different groups of workers, no comment upon the ones that do any DesMoines shows, if they did not get enough dealers they will fill up with flea market vendors so be warned.

I'll be off tomorrow at 0800 but I think I'll be too tired to attend. Not a whole lot that I "really need" at a gunshow right now but it's fun to look.

well? how did it compare to a fairgrounds show for this time of year?

chinese chrome throwing stars and bowstaffs all over the place with bison jerky and cabbage patch dolls or guns, guns, and more guns???

It wasn't too bad. Not too much junk. A pretty decent amount of guns. They had what I was after so it was a good show in my book. ;) Although I went with 2 and came home with 1 so I have to make up for that loss somehow. I'm sure I'll think of something.
